History Should be Accessible to All . . .
When Randy Morrison showed up to tour the historic Village at the Museum, he found that the uneven ground and rocky paths made maneuvering his wheelchair an impossibility.
Here at the Museum, we are committed to efforts to improve the accessibility of our buildings and grounds for visitors who have disabilities, and also for graying Baby Boomers. We have already completed the first phase of our hard surface walkway. The next two phases will eventually wind throughout the entire grounds. By giving today you join us in these efforts to help make history accessible to all!
31 days - potentially $25,000
We have just 31 days to raise as much money as we can for a chance to win a $25,000 permanent endowment! If we are one of the top three fundraising organizations in Sanilac County, we will be able to pitch our cause to a room full of caring individuals like you and have a one-in-three chance of receiving $25,000 that will fund our hard surface walkway project. Every dollar raised goes straight to the Museum and gets us one step closer to achieving our goal.
